Press releases and offers tool
This tool allows you to add stories to your website and have them appear at the top of a headlines menu. You can put them anywhere on your website, and make as many headlines appear as you like. Use it to publish press releases, special offers or general news. You can show just headlines on your home page, or headlines with summaries, and stories can be embargoed and given a deadline - after which they disappear off the site.

Member newsletter tool
SiteManager allows you to invite your customers to subscribe for an email newsletter, that you can also create in the site and send from the Admin area. Email newsletters can be in both HTML and plain text format. You can also, if you like, create a member-only area where your subscribed customers could log in to see offers that are not available to casual visitors. This is a good way of incentivising subscriptions. Subscribers are more likely to buy from you.

Prize Draw Manager
A prize draw is a great way to boost newsletter subscriptions and to attract traffic to your website. Our Prize Draw Manager lets you set up a giveaway that captures entrants' details into a database, subscribes them for your newsletter, sends them an auto-responder email and randomly picks the winners. We can also provide additional marketing documentation to explain how to promote your prize draw on other websites for free to boost your traffic.

Friend Farmer (Tell A Friend Reward Tool)
Our proprietary Friend Farmer tool lets you reward customers for attracting other customers to your website. Users have to be registered with you to use the service, and then they can send emails to their friends encouraging them to visit your website. When their friends sign up with you, they receive points, which you can convert into any currency of your choice. This could be discounts, or something you later convert into another type of credit.

Discussion Forum Tool
A discussion forum is a good way of not only interacting with your customers, but of letting them interact with each other. Forums help to build loyalty to your website and your brand and they can be an effective customer service tool. They also boost your site content, which increases your ranking on search engine directories.

Web Links Manager
A Links section on your website is a good way of providing links to other websites that will also link to you. This is beneficial for two reasons. First, the links on other websites could bring their visitors to your site free of charge. Second, the more websites that link to yours, the higher you will be placed in search engine result rankings on sites like Google. Our Web Links tool lets you add as many links, in as many categories, as you like. It also includes a search box.
