NewsletterManager Pricing
Media Masters NewsletterManager is ideal for small businesses with a few hundred subscribers, or large business with 100,000 or more. We can work with an externally hosted list, or we can host the list for you.Up to 1000 subscribers for £10 per month
If you are a business with one mailing list of less than 1000 names, you pay our basic price, plus set-up fee detailed below.
Multiple lists with more subscribers
The monthly fee you pay depends on how many total lists you have, and how many subscribers you have in total - as well as how many times you intend to mail them. Each email you send uses up server space and bandwidth on ListManager and our prices reflect this. Visit our ListManager website for full pricing information.
ListManager is ideal for resellers. For example, if you are a web design agency managing websites for several clients, you could pay £300 per month for up to 20 lists with a total of 100,000 subscribers across all lists, then re-sell the service to each individual client.
Newsletter layout
Some clients prefer us to put together their newsletters. This ranges from a basic service where they send us the layout and content and we simply code it for sending, to a full creation and design service where we will write, compile and design the newsletter. The price starts at £50 minimum, but we will quote you in advance for your job to enable you to make a decision.
Spam filter validation
There are many common reasons why a perfectly valid newsletter can be blocked by spam filters. While we offer no guarantees, we can evaluate your content manually to spot any potential problems. Fees are based on time quoted to do the work you ask. We can give a cursory overview or we can go into more detail and report more specific areas of concern.
Set-up fee
For each new client we set up on the system, we charge a £200 set-up fee, to cover set up and training. For each additional list we add per client, prices start at £50, but may be higher if we need to do cleaning of data for import - all jobs you can do yourself using our system.
Additional options
We can provide assistance if you need it, aside from the general set-up and training. For some clients, we compile each newsletter for them, and handle all the sends and monitoring. This work is charged on an hourly basis.

Multiple lists:
The prices quoted here are for single account usage. It is not possible to buy 100,000 credits and use them to send emails to multiple lists. We are happy to quote you separately if you wish to set up a multi-list account.
VAT charges
All prices quoted are subject to additional VAT.
Security
To protect our servers, and the accounts and reputations of all of our other clients, we reserve the right to refuse to send any email we believe to be illegal, unsolicited or containing content that could damage the reputation of our service or of our server.
Privacy promise
We expect all of our clients to adhere to the Data Protection Act and the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003.
Guarantees: We offer no guarantees as to the validity of emails on your list or for delivery of emails to your subscribers. You are responsible for ensuring all addresses you send to are valid.
